What are the ways to boost our Immune System in Bullet points
- Have enough sleep, or use polyphase sleep, or meditate;
- Avoid stress, if you can’t start change of your environment to achieve it;
- Start to learn for FREE even on Youtube from medical doctors like Dr Michael Greger and Dr Jason Fung about Whole Food Plant-Based Diet and about Intermittent Fasting.
- Join our Team, together is MUCH easier to set up small steps and make a change in yours and your family life. You can join by contacting me, Piotr Ficner even on my Facebook which is always up to date on this website. On your own, it’s more difficult.
- Add even now something more healthy to your daily routine. Maybe a glass of water on a side of the bed to drink it first thing in the morning. Maybe buy vitamins D3 and K2 and add them instead of trying to catch our sun rays. Maybe if you’re not allergic add one handful of nuts a day. Maybe even just an apple more a day.
- Find one person from your own friend list, or meet a new one who has similar goals to yours about the health. Change of environment will help you will shift itself.
- Keep active, but avoid Cardio exercises. High pressure on your heart might not be good for you and you might not even know about it. BHF (British Heart Foundation) on their website is showing that 7.4 million people has problems with cardiovascular type of illness and many don’t even might not know about it. We will learn when it’s OK later on this website.
- How about adding something to your meals like 5 a day? This will help your digestion system to digest quicker and that leads to lower inflammatory states in your body which = to boosting your immune system.
Piotr Ficner here. Before we will continue about the Immune System, I would like to show you a small quote from a Polish writer in one of his books, he wrote. It was written by Adam Mickiewicz and first published on 28 June 1834. It goes like this:
It’s a great example of how we forget about our health in everyday life. Once it’s too late, then we start to worry. He did compare country to a health, but I think we all agree that it’s showing that we should more often look after health as well.
- Most of the people don’t care about health until it’s not too late.
- Most of the people don’t like to pay more taxes for NHS, but we have over 7.4 million people ill with some coronary diseases and over 4 million people with diabetes. Let’s cure them!
- Why not switch on the greediness? Why not start to learn about the health just for a money reason? If we won’t do it, we will pay more and more and more on keeping these people ill.
- We live in our times where there’s no value for the doctor, or pharmaceutical company to cure you and loose one more customer. One = next and next. So, we know for a fact that we can’t trust every doctor, but fortunately there are still those who we can.
- We have all the studies out there and we have history showing how health is working and it’s time to just use it the right way. Time to change the low about it as well.
- Yes, supplements are needed, unfortunately they are.

Feeling of being awake is a reward for Us and you know the feeling so well that you always want more and more of that feeling.
When we have no time for sleep, we still need a rest and we should do naps. This is called Polyphasic Sleep and serves our body as well as good as a regular sleep. I had a time in my life when I was using it and just a start was weird. You just have to get use to it. There’s a lot of information about it. Many famous people use it and was using it to keep up with busy lifes.
We, humans, have far better-developed brains and although we know it’s bad for Us to live in the stress, we still not do anything to change it. We still go with stress at work and or relationships. And then our minds and bodies pay the highest price for it.
It’s time to learn some psychology and start to use it. There was this great book written by Florance Littauer called Personality Plus. This is a great way to understand others and their behavior. You can still find it or just google the topic online. It’s a good start for most.

Three medical doctors starting with Dr. Jason Fung it’s worth to know. And, even more, it’s worth to start following them online, especially on Youtube. Why you’ll know yourself if/when you’ll start to follow them, or can learn later here with us. This doctor is an expert on Diabetes and Fasting. And, we all should fast! Especially now!
Second is Dr. Zubin Daman, or Dr. ZDoogMD. As Dr. Zubin he works as a physician and is a founder of Turntable Health, a direct health clinic. As a Dr. ZDogg he’s doing medical humor. Not everything is super funny, but it’s worth spending your time on it. For sure worth to know of his Health 3.0 approach.
Dr Michael Greger is the third one from all. He is running NutritionFacts.org and wrote a great book How Not To Die. For people with heart-related problems, the first doctor to listen to. Even before going to your own doctor. If you want to naturally detox your body as well. Especially now when meat has so many toxins.
If you really thinking about improving your health, you can see that you’re in the right place and with the right people. We don’t have any Voodoo techniques here, but we work with knowledge from medical doctors plus what scientists call a Placebo Effect. We like to call it Quantum Healing and we’ve proven that science shouldn’t call it even Placebo. Placebo works when you don’t know what you’re taking, or what has been done to you. Where Quantum Healing works really well no matter what you believe. We will talk about it later, but for now it’s good to know that this type of healing works only to cover a pain in the best way (like pain killers). Long term fix with removing the cause works well ONLY by following what our doctors have to say.
After the crisis of Coronavirus we will start to organize local meetings so that people with problems and those who want to improve their health, can meet every so often and talk live. For now we don’t offer it and we can only help you to understand how health is working. Hope it’s a good way at least for now.
So, let’s start with the next topic. How about making something for yourself? You have to start of small steps, to achieve anything here. Let start with a glass of water in the morning. You can put it somewhere close by your bed. If you do drink water in the morning, why not maybe think about intermittent fasting? If you can’t do 12h without eating, why not take half an hour more of not eating for now and increase it to 12 hours minimum?
If you can’t start of these two, how about adding some fruits and vegetables to your diet? Or, if possible for you a handful of nuts?
Or, maybe adding some excercise every day? If you have some problems with your heart, or veins. Than at least you can walk.
If you drink fizzy drinks, you can limit them. If you eat a lot of unhealthy snacks, your goal might be to limit them.
If you’re still here, I think you might be wondering can we really make a difference?
This would be a good question to ask after reading all of it. I’ve made a post about it called People like to suffer.
The proper question is how to do it.
I’ve made software which works as a menu planner. For now, it’s not finished yet, but you can already have an account, add recipes and soon plan your whole month if you like. Next steps it to not only plan but use ingredients to create a shopping list to plan in advance your meals. This will lead to better organization and to savings with much less waste in many cases.
Once this will work, we can move on to the next step of coding this app and start to make a few diets to choose from. First will add Whole Food Plants-Based Diet to our regular Highly Processed Diet we have. This way we all can try new recipes and improve some of the others.
