Nowadays, there’s only one healthy diet for humans, it’s called Whole Food Plants Based Diet. Highly processed diet cause modern illnesses like heart diseases, diabetes and many others. You don’t have to go to the very edge, but you can start from small steps and work towards a bigger goal. With Team will be easier. On your own is much harder. Look at your environment please. It’s design for you to buy more and eat more. Don’t go hungry – snack! But, when you’ll body will have time to digest it well? Add meat which is with hormones, antibiotics, chemicals and other things and you can start to understand that it’s not good for you. Can you start to see it now? The question is what and how to do it to feel better, right?

This is a great start of changing your environment. And, if you want even more change, start drinking one glass of water/day if you don’t yet :).

Hi, I’ve created this website and a whole project to share with you for FREE all knowledge which is science based about the health. In person and in my family, this knowledge helped to recover health and if getting ill is half to two days and no more whole week. Allowed me to remove a pimple from my eye and bring back clear picture in my right eye. Allowed to get rid of the pain without pain killers. Can we guarantee results?
But, when it comes to your person, we’re not doctors and we can only tell you what works for us and others. If you’ll put effort and apply what’s told, plus will be careful with what you’re doing, you should have no problem as well with results.
But, can we guarantee that you’ll do everything at first time, no! π Most of the people have to reach a point where they are out of their comfort zone to start making a change in their life. This vary from case to case. Hence for that we can’t promise anything in in person’s case.
What we can guarantee is everything here is true and covered by science. Once you’ll start to learn from these doctors, you’ll understand whole science about it as well.
I want to lose weight, but I can't
When your body starts to lose weight, it burns your fat. Turn fat into glycerol and fatty acids and next to glucose through a multi-step process called gluconeogenesis.
So, it’s a natural state of adjustment to new circumstances and nothing danger. You have to just overcome this period or switch into a mixed state. One day on a regular high carb diet, second on a low carb diet. But, please don’t just do it. Make research on it, speak with people who knows how metabolism works and plan it. By just doing it, things my not work the way you’ve planned it.
We plan to do meetings and webinars in the future. We can then talk about those things openly and everyone who wants can understand whole science behind it :). For now you can start from google.
